The Te Rau Aroha Museum is dedicated to the men and women who risked their lives in the service of their country with one gallery specifically to commemorate the 28th Māori Battalion.
MPM Projects provided project management services, overseeing design coordination, consenting, procurement, cost planning, risk management, and construction delivery. Through a fast-tracked delivery approach, MPM helped guide the project to completion for its Waitangi Day 2020 opening while maintaining visitor operations at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The project was a great success with higher than ever visitor numbers to Waitangi.
