The Hilton Hotel refurbishment comprised the complete refurbishment of the front of house, reception, bar, restaurant and function areas, together with a soft refurbishment of all 166 rooms. The project was undertaken over an 8 month period whilst the Hotel remained in full operation.
MPM Projects’ role encompassed the project management and cost management of all facets of the refurbishment including liaison with the Owner’s representative and Hilton Hotel.
