Construction of a new regional ambient distribution centre based on the outskirts of Palmerston North in an existing developed industrial area. This development consists of an approximate 37,000m2 warehouse and 1,200m2 office and amenities building. The overall development site area is around 100,000m2 with the balance of the site being used for yard, truck access, carparking, ancillary buildings and landscaping.
