With over 30 years in the construction industry I am able to provide sound commercial advice to clients to assist with establishing projects based on sound fundamentals and then deliver them through to successful completion. I have been able to be at the forefront of urban renewal projects with the planning and development of Wynyard Quarter for Rugby World Cup 2011, and more recently the Invercargill Town Centre redevelopment. Besides having experience in all sectors of construction, I have specific experience in the tourism sector in developing and refurbishing over 3000 hotel rooms throughout Australasia.
