MPM provide project management services for the seismic upgrade and redevelopment of the Mercury Theatre on Mercury Lane, Auckland.
The Mercury Theatre is a heritage building built in 1910. The seismic upgrade works were completed in 2023 to achieve a 70% NBS.
The project has moved into detailed design for the building redevelopment. The client intents to restore the Theatre to its original 1910 layout to provide a better multi-purpose venue.
