MPM proudly led the project management of Waatea School’s new two-story building, spanning approximately 320m².
The building includes administration and teaching spaces on the ground floor, two additional teaching spaces on the first floor, and a lower ground floor PE shed. Construction commenced in late May 2023, and the project reached completion in June 2024.
This modern structure replaces the school’s older prefabricated buildings. A newly installed concrete footpath now links the existing classrooms to the new facility, providing a seamless connection for staff and students.
The new addition is set to enhance the learning environment at Waatea School, offering a fresh and inspiring space for future generations.
