This new development comprises a five‑storey learning facility delivering classroom accommodation and associated support spaces. The building has been designed to integrate seamlessly into the existing campus while meeting contemporary educational and building performance standards.
As the project was delivered within a live, operational school campus, careful staging and coordination was required to minimise disruption to students and staff. The project team effectively managed construction logistics within a constrained site, coordinating works around school operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the build.
The scale and vertical nature of the five‑storey building required close coordination between consultants, contractor and client stakeholders. MPM’s role was to provide full Project Management services, supporting the client from design and procurement through to construction delivery. This included consultant coordination, programme and budget management, stakeholder liaison and risk management.
