The works to date have included seismic upgrades to current NBS standards, along with a variety of refurbishment projects across the North Island, ranging from small regional Four Square stores to large urban PAK’nSAVE and New World supermarkets.
Our management role also involves liaising with the relevant local authorities to secure the necessary consents, as well as maintaining regular communication with store operators to ensure construction can proceed safely and efficiently while stores remain fully operational.
In addition to completing seismic upgrades across all sites, we have led projects focused on front of house optimisation, back of house modifications, external and internal refurbishments and improvements, roof overlay systems, roof replacements and more.
