This project unveiled a reimagined clubhouse and modern operations base boasting new facilities with breathtaking views of Kariaotahi Beach.
The building comprises state-of-the-art watchtower, first aid room, comprehensively equipped kitchen and bunkroom accommodation for the dedicated surf lifesaving volunteers.
The building obtains its water supply from a local bore hole and includes a full drinking water purification system and waste water treatment plant.
