This project strategically delivered an inner city upgrade on three fronts with the restoration, refurbishment and seismic upgrade of the heritage Ellen Melville Centre building, the continuation of the central city shared spaces in Courthouse Lane and the re-visioning of Freyberg Place in the heart of Auckland City.
